New tracking libraries

I got the old analysis chain working again, and tried to reproduce the resolution plots I made last spring, see http://p25ext.lanl.gov/people/hubert/phenix/silicon/simulations/feb07/res.html. The difference is that since then, the track finding has been merged.

The new resolutions are worse than old ones. What is shown are the r-z resolutions for 0.7, 1.4, 3.0, 5.0 and 10.0 GeV muons sent into the North arm, from events at z=0. 1000 muons per momentum, single-particle input files like this one for 1.4 GeV:
