Inner coil M1CO is of material 'yoke', which is iron. This has been
so since 1996. Changed to CU, just like outer coil M2CO.

A close check of the region showed that M2CO was placed a bit too far
in z, and the radius of the retaining ring (red) was too small and ovelapped
with volume MAGD.

Another item that can be addressed by defining one CM pole
and its components, and
placing it once in the North, and once in the south. These 2 drawings
show 2 separate named volumes, ROC2 and CCR2, that are identical except for a
180° rotation. There are several pairs like this.
