Below are the specs for the final detector. The new bars are essentially 2 triangle bars combined


The final panels will have lengths varying from 100 cm to 145 cm. (100, 100, 120, 120, 130, 145) Shown are the 100 cm versions, and the last bars will just be extended for the longer panels.

From left to rught, I call these block 1, 2...8

First extrude a 2mm tray. Also add the tiny triangular ribs (not shown) that can be found every 40 mm

Extrude a 1.1×1.1mm groove for fiber from block 1.
This groove starts 20 mm beyond block 1.
Extrude a groove for fiber from block 3, 20 mm beyond block 3
Groove for block 5, same
Groove for block 7, same
Guides for blocks 1, 3, 5, 7, 9. These can be 0.5mm short on either end.
Guides for blocks 2, 4, 6, 8. These can be 0.5mm short on either end.
These are the 1×1 mm bridges. They hold blocks 1,3,5,7,9 in place, and and are 0.5mm upstream and downstream from these blocks.
Made the tray, ~50×100 cm, and printed the 2 colored sections
