IFVTX resolution with only 3 planes

Revive the macros that operate on ancsvx.root, since ifvtx is not in the offline code yet.

10k events, single 5 GeV muons sprayed in 35° cone to the North. Hits are integerized on 50μm strips, followed by straight-line fit in the r-z plane between stations 1 and 4. This is used as a measure that scales like the full offline DCA.
