After installation of new capacitors on MuTr North Station 1, some
of the alignment system light sources could not be mounted back in their
original locations. These were the ones closest to the beampipe.
Starting with the
drawing of the light source mounting block, I designed
a spacer block that would bring out the light source along its 'line-of-sight'.
which had a 12.75° angle.
After one prototype was made
Itaru tested it out.
