WHO DETERMINES WHAT (K/pi) ?

In a similar vein, we can ask for parameter determination from pions (singles and pairs) and kaons (singles and pairs).

To test these sensitivities in the model, Ray took the E802 data, and fed first only the kaon singles spectra and pairs data to freezer, and in a separate run, only the pion singles and pairs data. The results are shown below. The error bars indicate the sensitivity of the parameter to the data sets.

Nine independent source freezeout parameters for central Si-Au at 14.6 GeV/nucleon

Kaons determine the baryon density n/n_0, temperature is sensitive to both etc.
