Install and test MVD for year-3

Installing the MVD in the IR takes about 1 day and requires 3 people. This is to install the MVD itself around the beam pipe, it does not include other related work in the IR. Look here for the installation procedure. Here are some pictures related to installation.

It is best to have one person involved who has done this before. The other two people do not need to be experienced.
