Description of mMvdDCM

Here is the calling sequence (with links to source code):

Given the table containing DCIM output packets (FEM), Fill the table (dMvdDCM) containing the DCM outout. The main thing that is done is to add various bits to the upper part of each output data word. Also, a few more header words are added to each packet.

I am not certain that this is up-to-date. The following bit definitions are based on a document by J. Nagle and C.Y. Chi.
