"Searching for Dark Matter in the Multiwavelength Sky"

"Dark matter constitutes more than 5/6 of the matter in the universe, but its nature and interactions remain one of the great puzzles of fundamental physics. Dark matter annihilation or decay could have measurable impacts on both the history of the cosmos and the multi-wavelength sky in the present day. I will discuss possible astrophysical and cosmological signatures of new dark matter physics from the epoch before reionization to the present day, including new results on an observed excess of GeV gamma-rays in the Galactic Center. While this signal has many properties suggestive of dark matter annihilation, new results suggest it may instead reveal an unexpected population of pulsars."
