HYBRID HADRONS AND BES/CLEO/JLAB/RHIC EXPERIMENTS


I will review the many puzzles concerning the production and 
decay of charmonium and upsilon state, and the 1/2 century 
attempt to find the nature of the Lambda(1405). Then I'll show 
that our recent work on heavy quark and strange baryon hybrids 
might solve these puzzles.
