I will discuss the theory and application of a recent Hamiltonian formulation of neutrino oscillations that was developed in collaboration with Leonard Kisslinger and Ernest Henley in the framework of the standard neutrino model.  The resulting oscillation probabilities describe three coupled Dirac neutrinos propagating in a uniform medium.  The advantages for the analysis and prediction of experiments at future neutrino facilities will be highlighted.
