Despite being purpose built for B-physics, the LHCb detector has
proven to be a versatile forward experiment on the LHC, expanding well
beyond its initial conception. I will outline some of the efforts over
the past years to do everything except B-physics with LHCb. This
includes emergent QCD phenomena such as heavy flavor tagging and
quarkonia production, as well as searching for the dark photon.
