Heavy Quark Production at NLO in a 50-min-shell

I will present the basics of the Next to Leading Order (NLO) calculations
 for heavy particle production.  Partonic and hadronic cross-sections and 
kinematics obtained with the HVQMNR code will be presented. The semileptonic 
decay channels of the BBbar and DDbar heavy mesons will be discussed in 
conjunction with PYTHIA results for the Z0+jet production at LHC sqrt(S)=5.5TeV.
