Title: Measurement of the Inclusive Z-->ee Production Cross-Section 
and Z-->ee as a Standard Candle at the LHC  

Abstract: We present a measurement of the inclusive Z-->ee production  
cross-section using early LHC sqrt(s) = 7TeV pp collision data  
collected at the CMS detector.  We further discuss the prospects of  
using Z-->ee decays as a standard candle for luminosity  measurements 
at the LHC.
