An overview of spin 1/2 fermion electromagnetic dipole moments is presented. Quantum loop Standard Model predictions are given and possible "new physics" effects are parametrized in terms of the mass scales probed by anomalous magnetic, electric and transition dipole moments. Experimental measurements and bounds are discussed with emphasis on the muon anomalous magnetic moment which may already be exhibiting signs of "new physics". Future electron and neutron edms along with the mu->e+photon transition moment are shown to have new physics mass scale sensitivities extending up to 1000TeV, modulo CP and flavor violation suppressions.
