Connect and test spy lines and other misc debugging in the ancillary crate

The "spy lines" are output from each MCM which can be seleted by serial controls in the AMU/ADC chips. These allow us to look at one preamplifier output or one signal from the AMU to the ADC on the AMU/ADC chip. There is some additional multiplexing on the motherboard. There is a module in the ancillary crate which takes these signals from the MVD (they come in on a ribbon cable) and sends them out on coaxial cables (with optical isolation in between) to the counting room. These are very useful for debugging. This ancillary module has not been used or tested so far. In my opinion, "not tested" is another way of saying "not working". Probably some debugging will be needed. This should not take more than a few days.

In addition, we have occasionally noticed flaky connections in the ancillary crate. Some time needs to be spent going over these connections and generally verifying that everything works correctly. This would take a few days at least.
