Improvements in cooling system software

We want continuous monitoring of all cooling system conditions. Curently, we have a large collection of sensors which monitor air and water temperature, air flow, and water flow. Some of these sensors go the the relay board, which turns off the LV power to the MVD when the cooling system fails. We would like to have software which continuously monitors the status of all of these sensors, keeps records of the status, and somehow sends a notification of any problems. The sensor data is accessible from the CPU in the VME crate, which can run C-programs.
