This assembly went through the laser scan test on 23-Dec-99 and 55 channels ( 83-90, 110, 116, 118, 141, 144, 154, 155, 160, 162, 166, 172, 173, 176, 181, 186, 191, 193, 194, 199, 207, 208, 211, 213, 215, 217-220, 222, 224, 227, 229, 233, 238, 239-242, 245, 248-255 ) of this assembly were idenfied as dead, though it has no block failure. Dead channels are scattered over higher channels.

On 7-Jan-2000 bench cal test was done for dead channels. Only four out of 55 dead channels appeared to be dead on this test. Those four channels are 85 through 89.
