NOTE: Channel numbers in MCM convention, 0 - 255.
This assembly went through the laser scan test on 17-Dec-99 and 10 channels(244-251,254,255) of this assembly were idenfied as dead.
On 6-Jan-2000 bench cal test has been done for dead channels. The result was the same with the MCM test.
This assembly has a kind of crosstalk effect around dead channels but it is a little
bit different with that of other assemblies. Not only the laser is at ch244, but also
the laser is at ch245, the ADC value of ch244 is above the pedestal by about 40ch.

On 7-Feb-2000, Attempt to recover some dead channels by disabling a preamp channel failed. Maybe there's no short between ch 244 and ch 251.
