NOTE: Channel numbers in MCM convention, 0 - 255.

This assembly went through the laser scan test on 17-Dec-99 and four channels(23,64,75,79) of this assembly were idenfied as dead. Two of them(23,64) were known to be dead from the MCM test.

On 6-Jan-2000 bench cal test has been done for dead channels. The result was the same with the MCM test. Also channel 75 and 79 have no bad history from other QA tests. Therefore failure in wire bonding is the most plausible candidate that causes dead on these channels.

Note that for this assembly, shining the laser on dead channels does not make big ADC value increase on around channels.
