This assembly went through the laser scan test on 16-Dec-99 and six channels(92-97) of this assembly were idenfied as dead. In addition to these dead channels, ch87 was not working often. It hardly responded to the laser. Approximately only one out of ten trigger produces a reasonable signal for this channel. I can not take this channel as alive. Therefore, this channel is included in the dead channel list.

On 6-Jan-2000 bench cal test has been done for seven dead channels. Only two of them(87,92) were still O.K with the bench cal test. The other five channels(93-97) failed the bench cal test, although they had passed MCM test. Those channels had 0 slope.

Note that for this assembly, shining the laser on dead channels does not make big ADC value increase on around channels.
