MVD geometry in run 3 and beyond
Between runs 3 and 4 the silicon strips were removed, and the enclosure was modified to just cover the pads on the end plates.

    With the current phnx.par, the conditions reflect the run-4 (and beyond) configuration:

  3. To recover the run-3 (and before) configuration go to phnx.par, and change 
      N_CAGES = 0,	
  N_CAGE_TYPE = 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0, 0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,0,
to 
  N_CAGES = 24,	
  N_CAGE_TYPE = 4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4, 4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,4,

    The year-3 mvd is shown with the cover off, so that the strip silicon and MCM plenum are visible.
