Description of mMvdUnpack

The calling sequence (with links to source code) for this module is:
mMvdUnpack dMvdDCM dMvbRaw dMvcRaw

Take staf "DCM Output" tables (dMvdDCM) and fill the raw data tables for the MVD barrel (dMvbRaw) and pads (dMvcRaw). There is nothing especially complex, it just takes data packets (organized by MCM number) and puts the results into long data tables containing shell, row, panel, and strip for each barrel adc value and end, wedge, row, column for each pad ADC value.
