Chiller setup:
Chiller is plugged in, but NOT running.
Press and hold either the up or down button on the front panel.
One of 4 menus comes up, Etc, span, pid or 232. Hit up/down to move
between menus. Once you are at the menu you need, use the power button
to move down the menu items, and use the up/down buttons to cycle through
allowed values.

If this is 1, parameters cannot be changed. Therefore, when working on
settings, set ploc to 0, do the changes, and then set ploc back to 1.

changing this affects the display of other variables, such as HA, LA, sh, sl,
cpb, it, dt, cct etc.
