  • Channel Matching ~ 1% (after calibration)
  • Noise < 3000 e¯
  • 11-bit dynamic range (0.1 _ 10 x 80 fC)
  • ~750ns integration time & < 12_s decay time for  10 –150 pF strip capacitances
