Space Requests for BNL Construction

Our initial requests for construction space at BNL was positively received when Sam Aronson presented it. We must now start the process of taking the request further. I will remind everyone of what we requested and present the feedback from that original request. We will then need to discuss the development of more refined schedules, space, and technical needs both in terms of people and equipment. The goal will be to update Sam's original request.
