A possible way of generating beam gas events, based on "Limiting Fragmentation," is proposed. The generator is modelled after studies done on the fragmentation of a gold target by high energy protons. Comparison of this existing data with simulated output will be presented. Continuing to develop this generator for serving the purposes of PHENIX will also be discussed.
