| ROC components do not protrude, but the rubber protectors do, and the disk does not go below the table surface. The frame is raised on adjustable feet.

- Place FVTX/assembly frame on bottom (plywood) plate
- Build extension frame out to perimeter of bottom
plate (-1/2"); horizontal
stubs are attached to the *vertical* assembly frame members.
- Attach the bottom plate to the extension frame.
- Build up sides (1/2" foam core). Attach to the extension frame.
- Place top (double 1/2" foam core)
