Wedge power pigails
Short extensions were attached to the ROCs to bring the wedge
power out to the edge of the board. The bundles are attached to the
cooling plate with adhesive squares for cable ties, with little standoffs.
The red and blue bundles are also attached to one of the jtag connectors.
