Here are action items from this morning's discussion
  1. Proceed with Fermilab preamp w/o further modification, get quote for 600/700 (Dave), we need 520 channels
  2.  Check the need or not of temperature compensation, check the Temp fluctuation in the IR (Kun)
  3. Bias HV supply (  -50~60V):  Dave will check what is available from fermilab prep; Ming will check the options if buy new ones (can we use FVTX ones?), also distribution boards with come granularity (8ch/group?)
  4. LV for Fermilab preamps (+6V): Fermilab prep? (Dave), we will also need LV distribution boards (Pat can make some?)
  5. Lemo/34-ch ribbon  cables:  probably can get recycled ones, we have the tools and some spares for ribbon cables from prop tube work
  6. Kun/Xinkun take screen shots of signals from production scintillator + WLSF
  7. Ming/Hubert work out mechanical design  for WLSF coupling to SiPM and layout for mounting Fermilab stamp-size preamps
  8. Some light-tight feedthroughs for lemo cables / SMA-BNC etc.
  9. SMA-BNC RG316, RG58 ~$10/each (less for a large quantity ), some light-tight BNC bulkhead fittings, ~<$5/each
