Box modification

This shows the part of the box that is along the vertical center line of the experiment. I removed the top 80/20 members. The vertical 80/20 members represent a fair amount of mass, and objections were raised.
We can replace the vertical 80/20 members by 1×1" L, 1/8" wall extrusions. The angle brackets are 1.25" wide, so the 1/8" wall will end up in the right surface. Use countersunk bolts and nuts.

The cross piece that holds the 80/20 bar that sits on top of the bars needs to be replaced with a 5.75" piece.

The 2.5×2.5" angle that holds the bars in place needs to be trimmed a bit since now it sits inside the corner angle, and remounted onto the new corner angle.

The new L extrusions are 45 3/8" long, we need 16.
7 nuts&bolts × 2 per box, 8 boxes, 112 each+extras.

Mods done on one box. I use 1/4-20 screws and nuts.
View of the bottom. This corner is the one that will be on the beamline.
