The focus of this two-day workshop will be on the production and measurement of Drell-Yan in polarized proton-proton (and other hadron beams and targets) collisions at high energy, and the role of various spin asymmetries in probing the parton distributions and color dynamics in strong interactions. This workshop will provide an opportunity for people who have been closely involved in this physics and the instrumentations(accelerators, polarized targets and detectors) to explore options and develop the future programs. All talks will be in the plenary session and a white paper will be published.
You can reserve your rooms now and request the rates for the workshop by mentioning "Santa Fe Polarized Drell-Yan Physics Workshop" when you register. The rates are LANL government rates ($88.00/night, with free parking and free internet in guesst rooms). A Block of rooms have been reserved untill 09/30/2010, please reserve early so you can get the special rate while rooms are available. On the Hilton web page, when asked for the group/convention code, type "SFD".
There is no registration fee, just book your rooms and let us know that you will attend, please do so. List of registered participants
