- Defining LVDS alternative for data links
- MCM output cable: 40 contacts, includes data links
No solution to separate connector for data links
- LVDS chips or fiber-optic drivers mount on Power/Communication cable =>
no separate circuit board
- Cable choice: 3M 90101 series .025" pleated foil sheilded cable
- Conector choice: 81000 series 26 contact header (.050 x .100)
82000 series 26 contact wire mount socket conectors
- Update component models
- Foam Cage: glue joint and bias connection reliefs
- MCM input connections matches pad detector
- Bypass capacitor issue still to be resolved
- Update silicon/mcm kapton cables
- Includes traces for both guard rings, bias return, and bias
- LVDS change affects the motherboards and end plates
- MCM output cable affects plenums and plenum adapters
- Detain components
- Modeling should be done March 7
- Detailing done mid March
- System Inegration Issues
- Rack space requirements - still not complete
- Personnel Lift: revised document by Debbie
- Misc
