History of MCM 107

1. ?-May-99: arrival at LANL, visually inspected
2. ?-May-99: at LANL, glue output cable to MCM
3. ?-May-99: sent to Pace to install surface mount components
4. ?-May-99: visual inspection, no problems reported.
5. 9-Jul-99: at LANL, failed MCM QA test (7/8 channels doen't work, AMU/ADC problem).
6. 5-Aug-99: repeat MCM QA, failed -- same problem (7/8 channels dont work, AMU/ADC problem) .
7. ?-Aug-99: probe surface mount components, 2 cases of cracked epoxy and a missing component seen
8. 11-Aug-99: send back to pace to replace 4 surface mount components and fix other problems
9. 18-Aug-99: Another inspection of surface mount components. More shorts found The shorts over the AMU/ADCs remained even after the surface-mount caps were removed.
10. 27-Aug-99: Another inspection of surface mount components. 9 shorts found, including one over each AMU/ADC.
