MCM235 was originally tested 20-Jan-00. It is from Lot 5 and has only minimal set of surface mount components when tested that day. About 80 bits of entire serial string are flagged as error when read back. The bits flagged as error vary over serial string downloads. And ADC sometimes works and sometimes does not. It varies over serial string downloads. It is can be caused by missing caps which are supposed to reduce noise? However when it works the ADC resolution is quite good and the siginal at the read back line is so clean.
