MCM-149 was tested 18-Nov-99.
Serial data does not come out on the output lines. And Readback string fails. However the voltages at the TP9 are OK.
1st and 8th blocks give all overflow.
2nd, 3rd and 4th blocks have small slopes, ~-2.5, ~-1.5 and ~-3.35, respectively. And 3rd block is very noisy.
There are a few more bad(small slope) channels on 6rd, 7th block.
