MCM-141was tested 18-Nov-99.
Serial data does not come out on the output lines. And Readback string fails. However the voltages at the TP9 are OK.
1st block gives all overflow.
9 channels(ch# 65,  69, 76, 158, 159, 191) are dead(0 slope).
And  many bad channels( ch# 37, 47, 64, 137, 142, 143, 147, 149, 153, 155, 169, 171, 178, 183, 184, 187, 188, 190, 200, 210, 211, 212, 215, 228, 232, 233, 251) have higher pedestal and smaller slope.
3rd and 5th block AMU/ADC spy show that AMU/ADC outputs in these blocks vary very little with calibration injection.  Nontheless ADC values in these blocks look OK.
And 7th and 8th block preamp spy MUX's do not work.
