This MCM is currently called a "grade B" MCM -- which means we will use it, but it has some problems.

This MCM was first tested July 21-22, 1999. None of the AMU/ADC MUX's worked and the first channel did not work (i.e. 1 of 256 channels did not work, not one of eight chips).

It was retested on August 24-25, 1999. The results were the same except that it seemed very noisy. Typical signal to noise was about 6/1. In the original tests is was about 30/1. For now, assume it is a problem with the setup, but we should not use this if we can avoid it.
