Notes about problems with MCM 106

MCM-106 was originally tested 9-Jul-99. It failed because the digitial power was only 28 ohms to ground. On 19-JUl-99, a short was found where one of the bypass capacitors on the heap manager was glued. This was sent back to PACE to reglue the capacitor.

On 5-Aug-99, after the MCM came back from PACE, it was tested again. The serial string did not download -- so it still must be rejected. The serial string was seen at the input connector, then (at TP2) at the input to the TGV's. It was not seen at TP3 (out of the TGVs), at TP4 (out of AMU/ADCs), or at the output on the MCM connector.

On 24-Aug-99 this MCM was checked again. There were no changes in behavior. The serial download still does not work.
