Mounting Silicon assemblies onto C-cages - October 2002.

Inner top (IT) and Inner Middle (IM) assemblies, no bias tabs
Inner Bottom (IB) assemblies after folding of the Kapton cables, and with bias tabs glued (on the Silicon end) and soldered (on the Kapton cable end).
