VIEWER

     Mosaic X-viewer (client), version 2.0 or higher for access control.
       (also available for MAC, PC/Windows, and in text version)

     To obtain it:
       ftp ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu (often very busy; keep trying)
       anonymous (with your email address as password)
       cd Mosaic/Mosaic-binaries
       bin
       get Mosaic-hp700.Z Mosaic.Z    (about 2.9Mbytes)
       quit
       uncompress Mosaic

     (also available for Alpha, SGI, Ibm, Sun, ...,e.g. Mosaic-sgi.Z)

ENVIRONMENT (defined with setenv on UNIX machines)

     WWW_HOME   "http:/whatever-home-page-you-want"
     WWW_PRINT_COMMAND  "qpr -Pqms"    (whatever your print command is)

SWITCHES (command line options)

     -dil        delay loading of images (speeds things up)
     -mono       no color (also speeds things up)

X-RESOURCES

     xrdb -merge xresources.dat      (loads resources from xresources.dat)

     Mosaic*defaultHeight: 450       (e.g. a line in the above file)
